multiple HTML targets in one project

Hi All
Couldn’t find an answer to this one (mixed output styles):
I want to create a landing page who’s style (skin?) looks like “HTML Top Navigation“ (can be top navigation) but I want the rest of the content (several admin guides) to use the HTML5 Side Navigation that we already set up.
The landing page will contain links to these admin guides and should contain a search box to search through the entire content (ALL admin guides)
How would you go about this.
