Search Bar location and action

Hi,

I am trying to get my search bar to sit at the RHS of the header on the same row as my top menu however when I do this it stacks the top header to the left and the search bar sits all alone on the right.

I am also trying to just have the search icon appear and users have to click for the search bar to become visible.

I would really value any assistance.
