Changing the style of the HTML5 Side Navigation skin

Hi. In the HTML5 Side Navigation skin, you can expand folders using an arrow icon. This is to the right of the folder. Does anyone know if it possible to display this arrow on the left please? I think this would look better. I was wondering if there is a setting in the GUI that controls this. I am using Flare version 2019 r2.
