Hi everyone,
We are outputting our help centres to HTML5, hosted in Azure. Question for all of you out there with online help centres that relate to software applications - do any of you have any recommendations/experiences using 3rd party plugins as a widget in the software that a user can type in a keyword or phrase, it shows them a list of corresponding topics, and then the user could click that to take it to the help? We used to host our help in Zendesk and they had a widget for that but now that we host in Azure, we can no longer use that widget.
