Hpyerlink screen tips using variables from linked page

I'm trying to automatically generate screen tips for hyperlinks for accesibility. For example, a hyperlink with the text "see paragraph 3.5" will be a hyperlink to the topic containing that paragraph and the screen tip is the title of that linked topic, which will appear when the user hovers over the link.

The 'Insert Hyperlink diaglog' accepts variables in the 'Screen Tip:' field, but when I use '[%=Heading.Level1%]' this displays H1 of the page the hyperlink is from, rather than the page the hyperlink is linking to.

Is there a way to use variables from the linked page instead?

I'm not sure about screen tips, but you might want to look at cross references: https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... rences.htm. They definitely fulfill the requirement for displaying the title/heading of the linked topic.
