Add Content to HTML5 Top Navigation Header

Hi all,

Does anyone have any advice on how to add content to a Top Navigation Skin? My team wants to insert a call-to-action (link in a div) to buy our product in the top right corner of the header. We want it present in the header but it should not interfere with or is not affected by changes to the TOC.

I've attached a (crude) mock-up of what we're looking for.

I've found a couple of topics similar to this question, but they are either for previous builds of MadCap (with different options) or for the TriPane Skin.
