Template to Enable Display of Multiple Targets

Hi,
I have a large project with some 110 topics. The product is changing. I need to apply conditional text for OldPlates, NewPlates, Setup1, Setup2 and so forth. I created different targets for specific combinations of conditions.
My legacy project is in a side navigation standard Madcap template.
How can I modify the template so that I can display several targets simultaneously? For example, I would like a drop-down or expandable list with Target1, Target2 etc from which a user can select an option to display appropriate content?
