HTLM5 Offline on an Ipad - Progressive Web App?

We're looking to get our HTML5 output available to customers using ipads and making it useable while offline. From my searches there seems to be a few options.

1) Phonegap - but this is now discontinued
2) Progressive Web App (PWA) - the reason why Phonegap was discountinued

Has anyone had any expereience converting a Flare HTML5 output into a PWA?

Any suggestions on how to view MadCap Flare HTML output on an iPad offline?

I had the same question but unfortunately, apart from a link to an article with a dead link to an app, there was nothing more. I think we need to contact Techsupport and see if they have an idea.
