Output folder and Read Only - this is new

One of my projects is having the files set to read only so when I try to view the output from the output folder I get the following message.

Your file couldn’t be accessedIt may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

I can see all the output in the folder. I uncheck the Read Only option and that does not work.

I don't know if it matters what format output you're generating - Word, PDF, HTML5?
