Language Button labels in different languages

I am setting up a language button in our help systems. In the Toolbar skin, I have used Toolbar Button.Select Language > Label for our English help. However, in the translated helps (with the skin set to the appropriate language), this field doesn't seem to exist so I am only getting the icon and not the text showing in the output. Is there a way I can set the label so the text shows as well?
