Video links in HTML output defaulting to Internet Explorer

Post by TPM_IV »

In our HTML output we provide links to videos (on YouTube) describing various product functions.

When clicking a link to a video two things happen:
1. A web page opens from Microsoft explaining that the website does not work in Internet Explorer, and that IE will be retired soon.
2. Another separate web page from YouTube opens prompting you to select a specific browser (Edge, Opera, Chrome, or Firefox).

It looks like the video is opening in IE by default - it is possible to change/stop this?

I've looked at Flare help and do not see anything in the skin, for example, that would influence this behavior, and have been unable to find any other info.

Thanks!
