Pass Webhelp Search String From Another Program?

Does anyone know if it's possible to launch Webhelp with search results passed in a search string from another application? I'm looking for a way we can embed a search box in some of our programs where clients could enter search terms, click the "Search" button and Webhelp would be launch with search results already displayed.

Yes this can be done, you can do a CSH call that will pass along the search results, You do something like the following url that Will open the Knowledge base after doing a search for Patch and will open the first topic that matches.
