Using Code in the skin for linking purposes

Post by jay6678 »

Ok, so my group wants to have a link in the toolbar of our help system that will link our user to their own intranet. Basically, along with the buttons on the toolbar (stop, forward, backward, search, etc)...they want another button that is like "home" but instead, will take them to their website. Let's say the name of their company is "Buggs"...I'll put the word "Buggs" in the toolbar and when they click on "Buggs" it will take them to this intranet site. Now, my group has given me code to do this and It works when I insert it into the Masterpage...but they would like it in the toolbar instead. Is this possible? If so, how?
It comes down to being able to insert a link in the toolbar I guess.
