Recent comments do not link to topics

Hello,

This is my first post here and I'm hoping someone here knows the answer to my question.

We are building a knowledge base with Flare and use the MyWebHelp target. We are using the possibility to comment on topics. When you use the button Recent Comments and you click on a comment, we would like to see the topic where someone posted a comment on. This does not work with our project.


Can anybody tell me what we could do to solve this problem?

The recent topics pane only shows the last 24-48 hours of data collection, the ablity to change this should be added to the next version of Feedback server.

But that still doesn't mean that when I click on a Recent Comment the Topic opens??
