Hi,
At the bottom of our master page, which we apply to all of our topics in a given project, we defined a hyperlink so that users can contact us with comments or questions (i.e., "send us an email with any questions....") They can click on the link from the skin, and it will go to our group email address. However, we can't tell which topic they were on when they send us an email. Is there an option somewhere in Flare 3.1 that can tell us which topic customers were viewing when they follow the 'contact us' link?
Thanks!

Re: referring topic in email links
Not currently in Flare, you would need some type of Javascript to read the Title of the topic and pass them into your Email. If you use Madcap Feeback Server, your customers can leave feedback directly into the topic, and you have the choice of having that info displayed in the topic for others to see, or just to your technical Writers.
