change default.htm to index.htm

Hi. You would think I could easily get this, eh? For the life of me, I can't figure out how to set the default start page for WebHelp from default.htm to index.htm. Quick fix?

I don't have Flare open, but I think it's either Starting Topic or Default Topic in the output target.

Actually in the Target,on the basic tab, Under Output File

Change it to index.htm
