Any suggestions/workarounds welcome.... Here's the request from the client:
1. Topic names in the TOC be kept short, like this
>Widgets
> > Create
> > Delete
>Wotsits
> > Create
> > Delete
2. Topic names in search results should include the reference item and the procedure, like this
> Create Widgets
> Delete Widgets
> Create Wotsits
> Delete Wotsits
TIA, Cheers,
Jay

Re: Webhelp - Search Results
It's a two step process. In the topic properties, give the topics names like "Create Widgets" etc. This will make those titles appear in search results and be the default titles for the TOC. However, you can then edit the TOC titles to match the client requirements.
Until next time....

Perfect!
Thanks Kevin. This actually is fairy intuitive (in hindsight), in that when I right-click on the topic I'm editing the topic's properties, but then when I click and rename a TOC element I'm only working within the TOC (and not affecting the topic that the TOC element points to...) the mental leap that was lacking was spotting the 2nd of those 2 facts.
