Hi,
I'm moving some help systems to a Win 2003 server platform. I have most of a sample help system working and a few problems remaining.
1) Loading the TOC
I get the following error when loading the TOC (pushing the TOC accordian button):
Line 167; Chr 3; Error Style is null or not an object; in the file Skin/Toc.htm
2) Loading the Index
I get the following error when loading the Index (pushing the accordian button):
Line 393; Chr 5; Error Object Required; in the file Skin/Index.htm
The WebHelp Plus output works fine on my XP system; the errors are on the windows 2003 server. I'm sure there is something I need to configure on the server... so any help or pointers appreciated.
Some types of questions I do have are:
1) Which folders in the WebHelp Plus output need write or execute access?
2) Which folders (such as Service - stay the same across builds?) so I do not need to upload them each time..
Thanks in advance.!!
Regards, Bruce

Is there an resolution to this error yet? I'm getting the same thing just by navigating around the help file.

I would suggest that you contact Madcap Support as they can help you with this issue. its sounds like the server was not setup correctly
