Hi,
somehow I allways thought a page *must be* linked to from the TOC, to be part of all published pages.
Now I discovered by accident that pages that exist, but are not linked to from the TOC still get published as MyWebHelp and *can be* accessed through Search..
Do I have to conditional tag every single page?
Cheers,
Jan
Don't publish existing pages
Re: Don't publish existing pages
Yes. Your TOC will control the output only for Print-style outputs. For anything online, all topics not excluded via condition are built into the project.

Re: Don't publish existing pages
The reason it behaves this way is that for web based help systems there is no inherent reason why all of your content must be accessible directly from the TOC. For example, you may have popup topics or topics that can be reached through hyperlinks from other topics.
Until next time....
