Search capabilities

Is there a way to improve the search capabilities on the guide itself?

I have spent a bit of time mucking around with our guide in it's current iteration and I think I may have de-selected something along the way as the new one doesn't search anywhere near as good as the old one. http://www.idealpos.com.au/Support/User-Guide

I may have selected a check box incorrectly, or, when I created the new project I have not selected one at all.

Any help in the right direction to vastly improve search would be welcome. I will continue to try and figure it out myself in the meantime.

I seem to have resolved my own question. None of my Paragraph Headers were marked to be searchable.
