Error: JavaScript is disabled

Post by Leanne »

Hi all,

This morning I did an FTP transfer to upload a new version of the online help, and suddenly this message is displayed, instead of the content:

The content is not shown because JavaScript is disabled.

I have been using Doc2Help for almost 3 years, and have never had this before.
Javascript is enabled in my browsers (I checked), I'm getting the same message on my phone.

Reverting to an earlier build also gives the same error message.

Help!

Hi Leanne,

My first guess is that not all files and subfolders are uploaded. Please compare the contents of your local NetHelp folder and the upload.

kind regards,

Was this question ever answered I have the same issue

We have 4 folders
for different link

Knowledge Portal - http://showmehow

Procedures New URL (from the PUBLISH_TO_WEB folder) - http://showmehow/procedures/

T24 Manuals (Wendy’s stuff) - http://showmehow:8080/

T24 Forms (we could setup an alias for this) -http://showmehow:8001/

T24 Post Implementation Something - http://showmehow:8002/

the first three work fine - I do my build - choose my target and place files under the corresponding folder - IT does something to sync and the doc to help shows on browser

the T24 forms one when I put files in that folder - I get the error above

if I copy the same files to the first folder - it works fine so I don't think it is files missing

could it be something server related

help please

Hi,

actually, I cann't follow any of your links.
Perhaps it's a Server Problem. Let us know, type of your server, browser type and version, as well as D2H Version you work with.
