Can I undo a rebuilt TOC?

I'm still pretty new to this Doc-to-Help software.
I was rebuilding a Table of Contents and I said "Yes" to rebuilding it based on the document structure. This was a HUGE mistake. Now my TOC is a mess. I inherited this project from someone else, so I don't even know where all the topics belong.
Is there a way to get back to the TOC the way it was before I clicked the Yes button?
