Broken "More" links

The "MORE" links in my HTML Help .chm came up broken. I'm on 4.0.0.1396.
If I go into the .doc and recreate one the "MORE" links come back.
Known bug?

?
Do you have a customized TOC in your chm or is it created automatically by DocToHelp?
Did you rename the chm file after it was created by DocToHelp?

Hello Sabina - thank you.
2nd question first - yes I am renaming the .chm file - does that disable some of the links?
The product is adding my TOC link to the bottom of the introduction - please see the .png

Hi,
Renaming chm file isn't good. You'd better change name of generated file by using the property base name in D2H's Help Target dialog. I am sure that this will keep your links alive.
