Inconsistent output result with formatted tables in nethelp

I use Doc2Help, 5.0.0.1518 and compile a nethelp target for my project. I use a custom formatted table throughout my many many documents for consistency. The customized table is in the template but it does not always display correctly in the compiled version. What am i missing and how can i fix it?

Which template are you talking about? And what does "not always" mean?

Hi,
an additional remark to my last Question:
Does not Always mean not at all instances in the same help file opened with the same browser
or
is it browser dependent, means it's always ok in one browser but not ok in another browser?

or
