NetHelp settings.json and SharePoint

Hi all!
We use a hosted SharePoint system, which means we cannot upload .json files. How will the lack of the settings.json file affect the NetHelp output?

Hi,
I can only guess that setting.json file does not need to be published to SharePoint. Perhaps anybody who is able to use D2H's functionality "Publish to SharePoint" can help.

Thanks Sabine, I'm hoping that is it!!!!
It appears to be working fine on SP, having been manually uploaded (without the .json file). I would love to use the Publish to SP option, but I keep getting timeouts, and we can't locate any timeout settings on our side to change!
