Error publishing to PDF (Error Code: 800a170f)

Hi

I got the following error message that prohibited the generation of PDF target:

"The Variable name already exists. Error Code: 800a170f"

There is no reference to what is "the variable". I have imported plain Word files and haven't yet defined any Doc2Help specific constructs in the Word source.

Can we explain the error code and how to troubleshoot and fix???

If this is a Doc2Help problem, you might want to post in the Doc2Help forum rather than a Flare one.

Hello,

I suggest to open one of the sample projects and try to create a pdf with it. Let us know, whether your issue happens in sample projects as well as in your project.
