Adding users to MadCap Central

Hi all
In the beta release of MadCap Central, I find that when I add a new user, the invitation email does not contain a link allowing the new user to set up a password.

Any help much appreciated.

I've been able to add users without a problem. The email had a link to Central that took them right to the dialog allowing them to create their password. In the email it was just the word "link" as in "Please confirm and login by clicking this link." The word "link" was the hyperlink to Central.

In your invites, was that word not hyperlinked?

The link might be getting stripped out.
Please Re-Invite the user by clicking on their Status link and choosing re-invite.
If they get an empty email, contact support and we can get the link for you or your co-worker.

We are still working on the emails so they lack content. A lot of spam filters are catching these and flagging them.
