Target Not Populating in Build Management

Not sure if this is something only with the trial version, but I thought the trial version was supposed to be a full working version. Regardless, I have a project synced with Central that I have targets in; however, when I open the Build Management tab, there are no targets listed. What am I doing wrong?!?!? HELP!
