Is Master the only branch allowed in Central?

Hi all -

I am new to Central, but it appears as though you can only merge to a master branch. We recently set up dual-binding with Git/Central. In Git, we're creating a new branch for each release, but when I attempt to push a project to Central, it asks me to switch to the 'master' branch. I'm concluding that Central does not support multiple branches. Would I be right on that?

Thanks, J

Unfortunately, that's correct. Central does not support branching.

But please, put in a feature request! If more people ask for it, they're more likely to implement it.

Can someone verify if this is no longer the case?

Central began supporting branching several years ago. I never used it myself so can’t add anything based on experience with it.
