Invites to Access Private Sites Go to Spam

I'm setting up private sites and starting to add users (so far just for testing). The invitation email sent from Central has so far (small sample of three!) always ended up in the Spam folder. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I'm going to feed this back to MadCap, but more data would be useful.

Replying to myself here, but I ought to add that the whole sign up process to get Viewer users onto private sites is somewhat fraught.

- Invitations have sometimes ended up in SPAM. Although, in fairness, some users who just could not register under my previous login solution using their corporate email addresses are signing up without trouble here.
- Invitations are getting "lost" in the other MadCap-generated emails about users being added to teams.

There is a workaround for confused users as once an author has added a Viewer, they can go to their designated login site and use the Forgot password link to set their password.

I find the access to private sites a bit of a nightmare. For our customer content we want to keep this private so we have to add our customers as viewers to the private sites but the email content that comes from madcap confuses them and the body of the email does not really have the most appropriate language either! Aghhh wish you could customise the emails.
