Synchronization and Commits SNA*U

Hi all,

I am using Flare on two different laptops (work and home). I recently resumed working on a project after a few months. I committed the changes on laptop A. I was unable to synchronize from Central with laptop B. I checked the files on Central, and the last commit was 5 months ago. The status bar is empty (on both laptops). So I can't upload/ commit from either laptop, nor synchronize.

I went through the user documentation for Central, but I can't figure out what is going on?

I'm not gonna be helpful here, but this sounds like a question for MadCap tech support.

Yeah, that was my original thought, too. But I decided to ask here first, perhaps I am just missing something.
