Flare on Windows Server 2012

Can anyone tell me if Flare is supported on VM Windows Server 2008 and/or 2012 and, if so, what the minimum requirements are?

We have created a Visual Basic program that automates operations on a large number of Team Foundation files and then runs Flare on a number of targets. We want to set this up as a nightly build on an IT supported Virutal Machine (VM). Our IT department only supports VM Windows Server 2008 and VM Windows Server 2012. We can use either, but our preference is 2012. Will Flare work on one or both of these server operating systems?

Flare will work and the system requirements are the same as for Win7/8.
