Just so you Pulse Users know, the new Top Navigation feature is NOT NOT NOT NOT compatible with Pulse. Another SNAFU for those that purchased the expensive platform with so many features that are not compatible with their own products as well as ones that do not work.
Feedback from Madcap is non-existent as well as no follow-ups. I am already researching new platforms that actually work with one another.

Re: Epic fail again
At this time, Pulse is not supported in the new Top-Pane output.
It is a major departure from the tri-pane paradigm for the Documentation industry and is frameless, SEO compatible without dynamically loaded content.
We will be gathering client feedback as well as looking how to incorporate Pulse or Socially enabled content into this new paradigm in future versions.

Thanks for the warning, Chunkee.
Re: Epic fail again
Is anyone using another social collaboration tool?
I want to move to the Top-Nav design and possibly integrate with a social collaboration and metrics tool. Any suggestions are most welcome.
