Printing topics from HTML5 in Firefox

I have an online help that fixes a footer div to the bottom of each topic (set up in the master page). I am printing topics using the print icon included in the HTML5 skin.

Chrome and Internet Explorer print with the "footer" at the end of the content. Firefox prints the footer at the end of the first page, and will gladly overlap it onto the page's content.

We don't have a public-facing online help I can point you to, so I figured I would start with initial thoughts, and I can post more details and/or code if nobody has some immediate thoughts.
