Hi everyone,
Some Japanese customers of ours get a blank content pane when opening our help file made with Flare 8.1.2. I believe they are using IE9 and IE10. They can see the TOC on the left, but that is all. This seems to happen with all their PCs.
They access the help file locally (from their C or D drive) and not from a network location.
We (in the UK) cannot reproduce the issue, even when setting the system locale to Japanese. Could this be due to tighter IE security settings or problems with some dlls? What is the best way to go about this (I do not want to ask them to mess with the registry)?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Are you using a Japanese file system?

Hello!
I had a similar problem, except for the file names were all shown as "untitled". I solved this problem the way described in this KB issue: http://kb.madcapsoftware.com/Content/Fl ... L_Help.htm.
Maybe this would be of any help to you.
