dropDownHotspot:hover CSS issue in Chrome

Post by Michael Cohen »

This style, defined in MainStyles.css for my Top Nav HTML5 output, seems to be applied to all headings in my output but only in Chrome.

MadCap|dropDownHotspot:hover

The result is that all of my headings change from bold to normal when I roll my mouse over them. Keep in mind that I'm NOT using dropDownHotspots anywhere in my Flare project. Only in Chrome. In Firefox, this does not happen.

Is this a bug? I can't delete the style from MainStyles.css because it's inherited. Where do I turn this off? Or is it even possible?

There is a known bug in a new release of Chrome that appeared recently - see the post:

A new version of Flare was released to overcome it.
Could you be seeing the same thing?
