Hi everyone,
I am looking for suggestions for content hosting. Here is my scenario:
-a single help project for EN
-a single help project for FR
Each project has multiple conditions coding the content, for various audiences. Some content can just be on the web, some must be private (either behind a login, or hosted privately somehow so that it is only visible to specific users).
We have investigated a solution like AgilityCMS, however, it requires a TON of customization; not only is the budget out of our range, so is the timeframe.
Does anyone here have any suggestions, recommendations, etc. with hosting providers? A mostly out-of-the-box solution, that is cloud-based, and that could potentially help with this scenario?
TIA
Adriana

Re: Suggestions for content hosting
With the complexity of your projects I think any solution is going to require some customisation. However for one of our products I simply build the project for each customer and upload to our help hosting area. It is then up to the developers to add the correct urls for each customer to the help links in the software.
We use Amazon AWS S3 bucket to host, but you could investigate using GIThub Pages. GIThub Pages would need some work to set up and if you are working in a development environment you can probably find someone who has done this before.

Thank you for your reply. Could you give me a bit more information about how you use Amazon S3 bucket? Do you use another tool to organize files, upload, etc in there? TIA!

Re: Suggestions for content hosting
I currently drop my output into CyberDuck which is configured to connect to my S3 bucket automatically.
Developers set it up for me so I don't know the detail. We use S3 a lot so my bit is tiny compared with other content.
Flare has not got S3 integration yet. I believe it is on their list.

Any updated suggestions? Or tools you use to host different versions of the content for different clients (each with their own login/permissions) on your company's own website?
