Topics not linked to Stylesheets (CSS)

Post by GeorgeBell »

Can anyone enlighten me how to get a report of Topics which do not have a Stylesheet linked to them please?

Many thanks.

I don't think there's a report, but you could see this in File List.
Filter the list by topics (*.htm).
The Stylesheet column will be blank for topics with no stylesheet.
If you click on the Stylesheet column heading, it'll sort the list.

Thanks Dave, but I have two problems.

1) My Contents folder contains sub-folders, and it appears I have to open each folder. Not a biggie, just time consuming.
2) There is certainly a "Stylesheet" column in which I would have expected to see the name of the CSS. But what I'm seeing appears to be the Topic Tile.

I hasten to add that I am running Flare 2017 r3

Any thoughts?

I think you're looking at files in Content Explorer, not the File List.

Use View > File List.

Spot on, and many, many thanks.

What a goldmine of information! Having used Flare from almost day one, I can't believe I have been dumb enough to miss such a valuable resource.

As my Danish wife would say, "tusend tak" (A thousand thanks)

Wow, I've never used File List - what a find! Thanks Dave (yet again)
