Reading the instructions here (http://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare201 ... Server.htm), it only mentions if you are installing to a Windows server, but our site is hosted on Linux. I am way past the realm of understanding what I need to do at this point, and instructions from MadCap are only mentioning Windows.
Is there an easy step process for installing this on Linux?

Re: Elasticsearch install on linux?
You're right. There is absolutely nothing relating to Linux/UNIX installations for Elasticsearch, in either the help or the "Search" .PDF on the Madcap site - http://docs.madcapsoftware.com/flare201 ... hGuide.pdf
I would go straight to Madcap Support and ask for information, as this will be an issue for a lot of people. Non-Windows installations seem to be treated as an afterthought.

Got an email back from support, Elasticsearch is only supported on Windows at this time...

Re: Elasticsearch install on linux?
I suspected that would be the case. Thanks for confirming that on here.

Has anybody tried installing on a Windows VM on a Linux hypervisor?
