Can I do a "Save-as" of a TOC?

Version is Flare 2018.

I'd like to create a TOC that's nearly the same as my existing one but with some experimental changes. So I would like to do a save-as copy and make some mods to the new one. Is there a reason that a standard file Save-as isn't an option?

I don't know about Save As, but I always just copy/paste the TOC file when I want to do this.
