Unwanted Blank Pages in Word Output

Good Morning:

I am using Flare 12 to generate a user guide in Word. Several blank pages are appended to the end of each guide (a paragraph at the top of each page with a section break).

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

The most obvious thing is having a "spare" paragraph at the end of topics, perhaps H1 or H2 which are styled to have a page break before.
