Internal Error message

Internal Error message

I received the attached message when I attempt to publish a document in Word.

MadCape Flare V7(which I upgraded)
Internal Error: Generation of outbut can not be completed.
The object invoked has disconnected from it's clients.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010108
(RPC_E_DISCONNECTED))

Also, I'm unable to upload an attachment of the error message. It stated doc., docx and pdf were not allowed.

PLEASE HELP!
