I have a search bar at the top of each topic, which is defined in the master page. This typically works OK, but when I click on a link to bookmark in a topic, the linked-to topic is obscured by the search bar. Is it possible to move this topic down a little so that the required content is not obscured?

We don't have the search bar in our master page, but do have the same problem with bookmark links jumping to just below the heading where the bookmark is located, and obscuring the heading text. I wonder if this is a general bug with bookmarks in HTML5?

Having a similar problem. Were either of you able to resolve it?
Unfortunately, if I create a new project using the default out-of-the-box styles and settings, it seems to work fine so it must be some setting or style I have added, but I cannot figure out what exactly.
