Technical writer for software company in Freiburg, Germany

Post by KarenYou »

Hi folks! We are looking for a full-time technical writer to join our team in beautiful Freiburg, Germany! All work is to be done in English. We are beginning the process of moving our documentation from Wordpress to Madcap. Exciting times await! https://jobs.jedox.com/Vacancies/508/De ... 2?lang=eng

We are also looking for a working student for our team. It would be a great opportunity for a communications student to get practical, real-world experience using Madcap software. https://jobs.jedox.com/Vacancies/511/De ... 2?lang=eng

Cheers,
Karen

I studied at Albert Ludwigs Universitaet- Freiburg back in the mid 1970s. The Altstadt was lovely then and fun! I loved it and loved the people I met studying there. It was only with great reluctance that I returned to the US.And the bread! The bread! And the cheese! What marvelous cheeses! Putenherzen! OK, don't rush to try the putenherzen. But it was a cheap source of protein for a student with very little money.

Unfortunately, I'm old, married to a businesswoman deeply rooted in the soil of Phoenix, AZ and averse to the chill. But I encourage anyone with an adventurous bent to apply. It was a truly mind-opening experience for me. A wonderful diversity of people and cultures populated the university community. I met folks from Eretria, Bangladesh, Palestine not to mention those from neighboring European countries.
