In PDF output, can TOC highlight to show user's location?

For PDF output, is there an option that I can set in Flare so that when the user is on a particular PDF page, especially after performing a search in the document, the TOC will highlight where they are in the document?

No, there isn't an option.
Also, how the Bookmarks in your PDF are displayed will depend on the PDF viewer that you're using.
