Re: Index with columns and alphabet sort
I suggest you do the following:
1. Create a new page layout, call it Index-3-col.flpgl for example, and set that page layout up to have three columns.
2. Create a new topic, call it Index.htm for example, and include that topic in your Flare TOC where you want your index to be.
3. In Index.htm, add an index proxy.
That should do what you want, though you may want to experiment with how your index proxy is displayed. Personally, I prefer to have the title "Index" in the Index.htm topic, but I think you could choose to have that set up as part of your proxy. I haven't done it for a while so I might have missed out some items, but that should be enough to get you started.

Re: Index with columns and alphabet sort
Thanks for the answer, but It didn't work for me. It still looks with one column or with columns but without alphabet order.

Re: Index with columns and alphabet sort
I think I left out a step.
When you include your index topic in your TOC, apply the 3-column page layout to that topic. You may need to put a chapter break on the Index topic in order for it to work.
1. Create a new page layout, call it Index-3-col.flpgl for example, and set that page layout up to have three columns.
2. Create a new topic, call it Index.htm for example.
3. In Index.htm, add an index proxy.
4. include Index.htm in your Flare TOC where you want your index to be. Apply a chapter break, and use Index-3-col.flpgl for that topic.
That should do it, and sorry for missing out the step.
