Glossary Page Numbering in PDF
I'm trying to get the glossary proxy to print in the PDF using an upper-alpha numbering format, but settting MadCap|glossaryProxy mc-page-number-format does nothing. My target is set to generate a glossary proxy.

Re: Glossary Page Numbering in PDF
You might need to set a chapter break and then adjust the page numbering in the Properties dialog box for that TOC entry.
Started as a newbie with Flare 6.1, now using Flare 2023.

So the stylesheet shows this:
..but I'm not sure where to set the chapter break?
Code: Select all
MadCap|glossaryProxy
{
mc-page-number-format: upper-alpha;
mc-page-number-start-value: A;
}

Re: Glossary Page Numbering in PDF
Right click the entry in the fltoc file and choose properties.
On the printed output tab change the Break Type to Chapter and set the appropriate page layout.
In the Page Number section, resest it to "A" with the format ALPHA. That should do the trick.
Cheers,
Rob
