Upload a PDF file directly into Central?

Here is the senario.

We do a PDF build using Central, but would like to add some fixes to the PDF. Is there a way to upload the edited PDF back to Central?

Why, you ask, would you want to do this? Because the PDF builds with redlines do not correctly highlight the changes. This is a bug reported to and acknowledged by MadCap.

So is there a way to upload a PDF to MadCap?
