Hi everyone,
I am part of the documentation team of a software company and we would like to implement a feedback widget in our knowledge base that is compatible with Madcap Flare. Do you have any good suggestions regarding the best tools? We would like a tool that can be customized but at the same time that is as simple as possible, without being a ticketing system. We are already aware of Madcap Pulse and Zendesk but they are not what we are looking for.
Just so that you have an idea, something like Survicate or Feedbackify would be ideal for our purpose.
Thank you for your help!
Giulia

Welcome to the forums!
I haven't use it myself, but maybe Appzi? I know of a couple of Flare authors who have used it and like it. In one case, I think the free license was enough to satisfy their needs.
