Help with Positioning A Text Box

I'm including this topic in this section, because, quite honestly, I don't know where else to add this.


I'm creating a title page that requires a text box in the center of the page. When I insert a text box and apply the "center" position, it appears at the bottom because of the title text that precedes it, and it's forcing the horizontal positioning of the box down the page. Is there a way to force the box to stay in the middle of the page with the preceding text (and without digging into the code style?)

There has to be an easier way, but I've only been working in flare for about three years and am still a noob.
